Too Many Free Events to Count!

My calendar looks a bit overloaded right now. But that's a good thing, right? Pretty soon the air will chill and there will be no more outdoor concerts, free movies in the park, parties on the esplanade.

Carpe Diem!

There are just about a million and one things you can pick to do for free any night for the rest of the month. My favorite free events are on the Charles River. Nothing like taking in free culture on Boston's iconic waterway.

Toy Story 3 at the Hatch Shell

Apparently, Toy Story 3 is awesome, so much so, that it's part of just about every summer outdoor movie festival. Check it out tonight at the Hatch Shell when the sun sets.

This Sunday's festival kicks off a year-long celebration of the 50th anniversary of Boston's India Independence Festival. Dancing, food and thousands of people celebrating right on the Espanade, starting at 3:30pm.

Sunday is Tango by Moonlight's 15th anniversary. Join other milonga afficianados on the pedestrian bridge by Harvard Square starting at 7:30pm.
